✓ Low-carbohydrate diet for 24 hours before the scan

✓ Fasting for 6 hours before the scan (water allowed, no caffeine)

✓ Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours prior

✓ Allow approximately 3 hours on-site for the scan and rest period

SERVICE PROCESS

PET-CT is arranged as an add-on to a flagship screening package and requires hospital availability and suitability confirmation.

1. Add-on Confirmation

After your flagship package is booked, we confirm whether PET-CT can be arranged based on hospital availability and suitability review.

2. Pre-Scan Preparation

Before the scan, we send preparation reminders covering fasting, activity restrictions, arrival timing, and scan-day requirements.

3. Coordinator Assignment

A bilingual coordinator is assigned to your visit and confirms the meeting point with you through WhatsApp.

4. Hospital Visit

At the hospital, your coordinator assists with check-in, nuclear medicine department navigation, pre-scan coordination, and basic communication.

5. Return Transfer

After the scheduled PET-CT process is completed and you are cleared to leave, we arrange your return transfer to the hotel or agreed location.

6. Report & Review Coordination

When the hospital report is ready, we coordinate English report delivery and help arrange post-scan review or follow-up consultation when available and appropriate.

REFUND POLICY

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are reviewed based on hospital availability and preparation requirements. Early notice is required. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Cancellation Before Final Confirmation

If you cancel before your appointment has been confirmed with the hospital, cancellation terms are more flexible. Please contact us for details.

Cancellation After Hospital Appointment Coordination

Once the hospital appointment has been coordinated, cancellation may be subject to hospital cancellation fees and deposit terms. Please contact us as early as possible.

Late Arrival and No-Show

Late arrival may require rescheduling. If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, no-show terms apply and the deposit or payment may not be refundable.
