FastMedChina provides appointment coordination and non-medical support for hospital-based health screening in Shanghai.

Because screening appointments may involve hospital scheduling, preparation instructions, add-on review and staff coordination, cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted as early as possible.

To request rescheduling or cancellation, contact info@fastmedchina.com and include your name, package interest and planned visit date.

Deposit, cancellation or refund eligibility may depend on whether appointment coordination, hospital scheduling, add-on preparation or other coordination work has already started. FastMedChina will review each request based on timing, service status and hospital-related arrangements.

Late arrival, no-show, incomplete preparation or customer-side schedule changes may affect appointment availability and may lead to additional coordination or rescheduling costs.

FastMedChina does not control hospital scheduling, medical suitability decisions, doctor availability or medical outcomes.
