FastMedLink provides service-based appointment coordination and non-medical support. No physical products are shipped for health screening packages or add-on inquiries.

After an inquiry, order or deposit where applicable, FastMedLink may contact the customer by the preferred contact method provided, such as email, WhatsApp, Messenger or phone.

Report delivery timing and format depend on hospital processing, selected screening items and confirmed arrangements. FastMedLink may assist with report delivery coordination, but medical interpretation is provided by hospital physicians.
