Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are reviewed based on hospital availability and preparation requirements. Early notice is required. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Cancellation Before Final Confirmation

If you cancel before your appointment has been confirmed with the hospital, cancellation terms are more flexible. Please contact us for details.

Cancellation After Hospital Appointment Coordination

Once the hospital appointment has been coordinated, cancellation may be subject to hospital cancellation fees and deposit terms. Please contact us as early as possible.

Late Arrival and No-Show

Late arrival may require rescheduling. If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, no-show terms apply and the deposit or payment may not be refundable.

Hospital Scheduling Changes

Hospital scheduling is subject to change. FastMedChina will notify you as soon as possible if the hospital adjusts your appointment.

Endoscopy and Add-On Constraints

Add-ons requiring preparation, such as digestive endoscopy, have strict scheduling and preparation requirements. Cancellation or rescheduling of these items may require additional notice.

To request rescheduling or cancellation, please contact us as early as possible at info@fastmedchina.com and include your name, package interest and planned visit date.
