From Airport Reception to Health Screening Coordination

FastMedChina began by serving international visitors arriving in Shanghai. Our team provided airport reception, local coordination, travel support and Shanghai day-tour assistance — helping travelers feel welcome and well cared for from the moment they arrived.

Over time, we noticed something important. Many overseas Chinese families and international travelers wanted to complete serious health screening while already in Shanghai. But Chinese hospital workflows were difficult to understand in English. Booking processes, preparation instructions and follow-up steps were unclear without local language support.

FastMedChina was built to make the journey clearer: inquiry, package guidance, appointment coordination, visit support, report delivery assistance and optional follow-up coordination. We bridge the gap between international visitors and Shanghai Tongren Hospital Special Medical Checkup Department.
